We no longer call the warehouse to check stock. We no longer ask the team to rebuild a BOM every time a buyer wants a price. We no longer chase quotes, samples and notes across five different places. It all lives in one place now - ready & online. At least that is where we are headed. Here is the plan. One AI system sitting at the center of our entire operation: - Stock visibility in real time. - Costing that updates as prices move. - Quotes, samples and notes all on one platform. - Anyone on the team can log in and see exactly where things stand at any time. We are still building it. But the direction is clear. And here is the thing nobody tells you about AI. It is only as good as the data you feed it. AI does not replace discipline. It rewards it. Building this with the team at aican.co.in, @yashjgor and @VedantOps. Early days but genuinely enjoying the process.

A lot of Indians working in the West are the first in their bloodline to have made it out of generational poverty. They grew up in remote distant villages far away from the influences of globalization. Now that they are somewhat affluent they bring over their parents to show them around Europe. This is often a matter of immense pride for the family: a sign that they have arrived on the world stage and can afford to do things their forefathers couldn’t have imagined in their wildest dreams. These parents often come from rural areas as poor as sub Saharan Africa. They do not at all understand Western sensibilities, have a completely different sense of what is polite and what is not and are usually extremely terrified and overwhelmed by a world that feels alien. I understand that you find them inconvenient and perhaps even grating. I get it. Their aesthetics stand out. They lack polish and seem out of place in glitzy European airports. Although the glitzy part is increasingly becoming contentious. I sense the condescension in your tweet but remember at the end of the day these people are spending money in Europe, on hotels, food, and souvenirs. They are giving more than they take and it is important to see them as equals and not lesser beings.
WHG baddie@isa2001m

I 100% believe this because the past year or so in I would see Indians arriving at the central train station in Amsterdam or around the airport train station behaving like it was their first day on earth. One example, I saw an Indian woman who was scared to use the escalator, looking at it like she saw water burn, while holding up many people behind her who were trying to exit the train platform.

@prakdadlani @honeyveda_in I had also worked with a honey brand in 2015 with their ecommerce website when they were just starting. Years later, they also appeared in Shark Tank India, got fame and funding. My experience was very smooth with the founders. Brand: Honey Twigs Present site isn't done by me

This is the real sickness in our business community. Companies can’t work due to such low trust factor. It’s all too common, and infuriating. Good on you Mayank. Do what you got to do. Expose the bad players @honeyveda_in any comments??

This is the condition of freelancing in India. I don’t usually use X for this. But sometimes you have to speak up so other freelancers don’t walk into the same trap. Around August 2025, I worked on a project with Honey Veda (they also appeared on @sharktankindia ) The workflow was standard: 50% upfront, 50% after delivery Everything was delivered fully documented and completed. After delivery, the person I was directly working with this guy Vivek Rajoria — suddenly changed the narrative. The project was apparently “not complete” anymore, despite receiving 100% of the deliverables. Then the classic move started: Ghosting. Delays. “Talk to the CEO Hardik Joshi instead.” The CEO Hardik Joshi apparently hardly have time to check his email, whatsapp, and all the communication media, even a cellular call. Must be an extremely busy schedule lol. After months of chasing a payment that was already earned, I eventually gave up for my own mental peace. That was 7 months ago. Today something unexpected happened. They accidentally added me to their SEO strategy call that was meant for another freelancer. I joined the call, greeted everyone normally. They said I was added by mistake. But since the CEO was on the call, I thought it was the perfect time to ask about the pending payment. The moment I started speaking: The CEO instantly left the call, then Vivek Rajoria started abusing me, and then he left the call as well. Professionalism at its finest. Fortunately, I recorded the call. The video below shows exactly how the conversation went. I’m posting this for one reason: Freelancers deserve to be paid for work they deliver. If you’re working with HoneyVeda, make sure your payment terms are protected. Learn from my mistake.

@priteshlakhani They cater to a different audience. Two papers means two narratives. There are still people who buy their stories.

Dad reads two Gujarati newspapers, one at home, one at the office and keeps telling us we should too. Yesterday I finally read both. They’re so disconnected from what’s actually happening in the country. Not news, just non-stop agenda. Even viral biryani drives better narratives than these papers.

@LucaDaCorte HTML sitemap is nice / good to have while XML sitemap is a must have. If you have a XML sitemap submitted to Google search console, you don't need to worry about indexing

A client I’m working with has a blog with 600+ posts on their Framer site, and they were worried most of them weren’t being crawled by Google. Listing everything on a single index page wasn’t realistic, so orphan pages became a real concern. Framer gives you two native options, but neither is perfect in such cases: 1. Load more → Items behind a load more button aren’t crawled. Therefore, Google - and other search engines - will only see the first batch. 2. Infinite scrolling → Better, but still limited. Google renders websites in a ~12.000 px viewport - meaning it will be able to fetch and crawl the first 20+ rows (60+ items). With 600+ items, that’s still only ~10% of the blog. This is a common issue I see on larger sites, so here are the options we considered: 1. Topic-based internal linking → Add contextual links between related posts. This not only helps users discover relevant pages but also improves the crawlability of your site. → This is the best long-term approach and they’re already doing it well - but it’s hard to guarantee zero orphan pages at this scale. 2. Prev/next navigation → At the end of every blog, you can add a link to the previous and next item. This ensures each item has at least one or two internal links. 3. HTML sitemap → Many people are familiar with an XML sitemap, but few are aware of what an HTML sitemap is. An HTML sitemap is basically a page with a wall of links to help people and crawlers get around the site. → By linking it in the footer, you effectively reduce the crawl depth of the entire site to two clicks. We ended up going with option three and built an HTML sitemap, the simplest way to ensure full coverage without much work or altering the design. If you’re dealing with a similar setup, picking one (or two) of these options can dramatically reduce the risk of orphan pages 💯
