El caso de esta semana 🏥 Niño con eventos de pseudo-obstrucción intestinal: Historia de estreñimiento crónico y distensión abdominal. En los últimos días presenta cuadros de intolerancia a la vía oral. La distensión era tal, que condicionó falla cardíaca.
