@Avent_US C'mon the last 6 out of 8 bottles have been chipped/cracked just liked this. They're internally damaged (luckily it has been catched before feeding) Followed instructions on cleaning and sterilizing and they still manage to have this defect. Please help

@Avent_US we’ve been using your glass baby bottles for 6 weeks, and they already look like they have hairline cracks in them! We even have your sanitizer….

@Avent_US what flow nipple comes with the 4 oz glass bottles? My newborn was sucking out of it for a good 10 minutes until I realized nothing came out…

@Philips has the worst customer service! My baby glass bottle shattered WHILE my son was drinking it, they refused to replace it and just give me 15% off (when I bought these on Thursday)

@Avent_US won’t help out my issue even though they say it’s a safety issue. I will be switching to Dr Brown bottles immediately. I’m sure their customer service is much better.
