@elonmusk Happened in the Netherlands 12 years ago. A man killed 3 people on the cycle path: a grandmother, a grandfather and their two-year-old grandchild. Driving at 120 km/h where the speed limit was 80 km/h. Sentenced to just 120 hours of community service. Incomprehensible.
