For years, I followed oven tandoori recipes online, which suggest 400F/200C & always wondered how it's never as good as in restaurants. Then reading about tandoors reaching 700-800F temps, decided to try higher temps. Game changer! Legs in fact I make at 550F. My oven max.

Do we know approx what % of income(paid by NZC) for a 3 format player comes from match fees and what % comes from central contract? If it isn’t done already, one idea is to have same pay brackets for both men and women in the central contract. Then at least that part is equal and then matches fees would be based on number of matches played.

This is the primary criticism of claiming equal match fees as equal pay. The Test imbalance in particular is a major problem.

@AverageOntarian Yeah, the sample size for a home venue is large and thus it evens out. But, also even if we wanted to do any deeper research, (I'd love to) but unfortunately we don't have data regarding pitch number. soil composition, etc. Those things will be pretty exciting.

@himganj153 Will give Thindi a try! A big reason is, the Pav you get outside(at least in GTA) is not the same as India. Size, taste, texture nothing is the same. Also have you tried Bombay Bakers in Brampton? That is the closest to a Mumbai/Pune Vada Pav that I’ve had in GTA.

You need to get outside India to know what a "not good" vada pav tastes like. It's amazing that Indian restaurants overseas muck up such a simple thing. The only good one I've had is at Thindi Cafe in Toronto.

It was a great question and we need more data driven questions like this. Not just questions that ask about the mood in the camp. So more power to the journalist who did the homework and asked this. But SKY seems to be a captain that holds his cards close(as also seen in statements made after losing a toss). And tbh to each their own. There isn’t one right or wrong answer. Everyone here would know that Indian camp has probably spent a lot of time thinking about this and planning for it. But how much to reveal in a PC is really upto the individual. I’m not defending his answer, but just not judging him for it!
