I haven't dug deeply enough into the @ScyllaDB seastar CPU scheduling (using a mix of hrtimers/poll w deadline/cooperative preemption) which should has some form of fair scheduling..you know more on this topic to learn from? 🙏 (2/2)

@debasishg I am recently playing with time sharing/deadline scheduling for the Custom Loom Scheduler and found out that fairness introduce a non negligible perf hit. Been batchy paid off there, at the expense of potentially HOL and tail latency effects (1/2)
