Was working on a writ where passport authorities were giving baseless reasons for not reissuing a passport of a minor child without her father's name. Finally after some time, Delhi High Court has directed the authorities to reissue passport of minor child.

PMLA proceedings are going just everywhere. The provisions of the Act permit attachment of properties which may have been purchased by the family when the Accused was not even born! The statute needs complete overhaul in text, and consequential implementation.

Nowhere in the world, is there the kind of inter-region hostility towards people from the same country. Public debates, publications about "outsiders" often promote "othering" while claiming to openly discuss these issues. Laws that exist, including laws for preventive action, remain thoughts on paper due to our innately groomed prejudices. Those who move from home to learn or earn, do so with the thought that its their birthright as Indians. Education of our diverse cultures, exchange of ideas and understanding is the key, but do our policy makers and leadership have the will or intent to unite rather than divide.
