@Wise I spoke with a customer service representative who was unable to provide any information as to why my account was closed and said she cannot transfer me over to anyone who would be able to help me . She said I won't be able to do any business with Wise and no explanation.

@Wise Just closed my account without any explanation. I appealed and it remained closed. There's no contact number to reach anyone to get any specific information. I would be cautious doing any kind of business with a company that lacks basic communication channels.

@BMO Your service is by far the wost I have experienced. What use is there having online service staff when all they can say is" there's nothing I can do" . The time wasted on this and the inconvenience it caused just to complete a simple transaction is unacceptable.

@CitImmCanada Hi, I tried back last night on my PC but it still gave the same error. Switched browsers and same result. However I tried using my android mobile phone running Google Chrome and my image uploaded without a problem.

@CitImmCanada I made sure it's the correct format, tried both JPEG and PNG. I cleared the cache and tried multiple browsers and no luck. I also submitted the web form with screenshots of the error a while ago but still have not heard back anything.

@CitImmCanada I'm in the process of finalizing permanent residence using the portal, however when I try to upload my digital image I get a message saying " File did not upload". Been trying for a few days now and no luck. I checked and made sure my picture met the requirements.

@CopaAirlines I just called into #CopaAirlines and was told I can't get a refund for my flight which was booked back in January. I explained the purpose of travel was for business and now I can no longer go. I can't take a credit for a future trip. I don't have a reason to go.
