Ever felt so exhausted that even a nap doesn't make you feel rested? Yes, a nap may be helpful, but it's often not enough to pull us back from burnout. Which types of rest are you needing? What gets in the way & how can you make space for the type of rest you really need?

We wish we looked the way we did 5 or 10 years ago. Except we know that 5 or 10 years ago, we wished we looked the way we did 5 or 10 years before that! All of this begs the question: Where does the body love start?
How about, now. ❤️
Times change & science has caught up. The midwives were right! The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists now recommends a delay in umbilical cord clamping for at least 30–60 seconds, and the WHO recommends 2-3 minutes, for maximum benefits to mom and baby.
How do we allow our hearts to feel cracked open while still being able to function, cope & even learn to thrive when life feels ruptured?
Diving into this question with me on today's On Health podcast episode is my friend, the truly-remarkable Kris Carr.
