I urge all content creators to DMCA and sue people who post edited clips with misleading or outright false titles or captions.
This is called DIP (deceptive image persuasion) and it is really effective for spreading misinformation. People readily believe text attached to videos that have content that doesn't confirm the veracity of the text.
