Basically it needs to be like a GTA-sized experience, or something like a Smash or Mario Kart that I know I’ll be revisiting periodically for years. Anything that I know I’ll beat in less time than that I pretty much always wait for a sale on. Sucks, but that’s how it is.

This highlights what's tough about buying video games these days: 20 hours is by no means a short game, but with new games being $70-$80 it's also really tough for me to want to put that kind of money down on something that I'm not guaranteed to spend at least a couple months on.

She should be proud of it. Very good chance it stays my favorite film of the year. It fits perfectly in the universe established by Boyle, but also stands out from it as a clear product of her own vision. I really hope we still get the third one.

@jard_sard Yeah exactly. I think TLJ takes a lot of huge swings, and not all of them are hits, but considering how averse much of the fanbase is to any kind of new direction, I still really applaud it for some of the places it was trying to go before RoS completely nullified most of them
