Years in esports and not one org ever called/emailed to vet an ex-employee. If they had, half the scene would be jobless and orgs would’ve saved a fortune . But hey, given a few exceptions enjoy my recycle bin what can I say.

@letsgrowesports @irushi I was among the first few to bet big on pubgm, put India on top 5 in the world a year later, bgmi is like playing a rigged interschool competition, everyone will eventually win and graduate elsewhere.

Its the RNG format of Battle Royales, it doesn't mean the BEST 16 teams will make it to the finals, it just means 16 teams who perform in the matches that they have on the days they have them, against whom they have them all worked out. Thats one of the reasons its almost impossible for ANY org to build anything sustainable in this format or ecosystem. Abhi toh aur bohot hone wale hai eliminate and they'll either be out of a job or jump orgs OR they will be sitting at home practicing for the next few months getting a full salary while not competing (unless its a paid scrim, 3rd party event or something of the sort) Atleast we have BMPS coming which is an invite only event so all the fans get to see their favorite teams but org ka isme kuch nahi hona hai. The players of GDR are really good, its sad that this format is going to make a LOT of good players and orgs think they are trash just because they didnt make it even when its not true.... such is the nature of tournaments. I can simply say, git gud ('get good') and leave it at that but as of this point it just feels like orgs should step away from BGIS and pick up / sign the top 16 teams and then capitalize as much as they can based on their BGIS position (not that it would guarantee them a slot or performance anywhere else but atleast dindhora peetne ke liye KUCH toh milega 😂) But then again what do I know 🤷‍♂️
