One of those days where I’m so proud that I’ve made my life and my work supporting trans people and helping them get stronger. It’s not going to be an easy day, year or future, but I’m going to be there.

@DarkPactCosplay Absolutely! I once worked with a woman who used red for good and green for bad, and had a 1-4 rating scale that YEARS in I learned was a 1-5 scale but nothing was ever good enough to earn a 5

Need to rant about this. When color coding a check list on excel. Green = good to go or complete and yellow = incomplete or needs more right? To do it the other way around is absolutely batty right?
