Hypothalamic imaging in Alzheimer's disease and Lewy-body dementia: A systematic review and meta-analysis.
Hypothalamic volume is reduced by 10% in Alzheimer's disease, but the impact on symptoms is uncertain.

Increasing age and APOE4 are associated with hypothalamic changes and worse sleep in two large cohorts studies.
I've learnt so much working with this project and it's amazing to see it in published form!
