The World Cup is over, but one moment is still stuck in my head for how absurd it was It was the 4th of July, my son and I were in Philadelphia for the France-Paraguay match Right before kickoff four fighter jets flew over the stadium The whole crowd erupted, complete craziness "Papa, why are the planes flying over us?" my son asked "It's 4th of July son, America's birthday. And Americans love their trashy celebrations" I said "But Papa it looks so cool and powerful. We don't have that in Europe" he said "No, we don't. Because we're better than this. Do you know how much fuel four jets burn? Do you know carbon footprint of this?" He didn't say anything and kept watching the sky I looked around at the cheering crowd and shook my head in disbelief Europe is really so much ahead of America culturally

A 5 bed would cost you 50-150k more per room and just to avoid paying LMI that’s 200k down payment or pay an extra 30k on the mortgage. Even with LMI 50k is a lot
