@Hush_Hardmode I'd really love it if at some point you went into more detail as to what specifically draws you to this kind of art and expression. I think it's fascinating and awesome
@SlugGlove This looks lovely but calling each of the 100,000,000 spells "unique" is a bit disingenuous, no? Definitely makes it sound like there must be like 6 spells and that were going for the "theres a billion different ways to arrange a deck of cards!" like... Yes, I guess, technically?
Hiiiiiiiiiii screenshot saturday! iv been solo developing my funny puzzle game Rhell for almost three years
Its a game where you combine key words to create 100,000,000 unique spell effects in order to solve puzzles

hi hi!! for oomfs and close oomfs for now but would anyone be interested to join a small arknights endfield server? if you need any help with things in game or guides, we can help!

what’s that facial expression called? where ya frown exaggeratedly to cover a flustered smile??? and you’re blushing a lot and can’t make eye contact??????
@beegeewanders Honestly underrated tweet. "Good girl" can be better if it's before or followed by verbal acknowledgement/teasing. "Look at you... Already so eager and wet for me... Such a good girl." etc. Can go from sex phrase™ to something more intimate and present
@TianiPixel I've been afraid to say this but the running animation looks so weird and twitchy, it kinda stands out against how good and smooth everything else looks
Sometimes I hate myself for the kind of gameplay ideas I have, coding the block physics with the screws was SOO hard
But I'm happy that the block puzzles are getting more varied and better integrated with platforming, pacing and all
(game is ABYSS X ZERO 👇)

@remini_team For brevity's sake, assume I love everything else: iframes upon switching promotes ignoring level design and there's much more elegant ways to implement protective moves. And a SF:Third strike special move flash would feel smoother than an intrusive image on the screen every time
since i made this preview public in some way, i think is fair share with you guys too
it's a wip thing, with placeholder music and not totally polished
@Deepstab1@RobertJALA@TheWireWhiz So you prefer to assume the worst about the person asking and be purposefully unhelpful
That or you're just afraid to say "I don't know"
@AxlCake@RobertJALA@TheWireWhiz Thats the problem the new guard wants the engine to do everything, they want the teachers to just explain it all, its not something you are going to learn finishing a course, developing your own criteria and pool of knowledge takes years of investigation and hard work
Game development education has failed, and the old guard has moved on, retired or been laid off. I've talked to recent graduates and people actively in school that know literally nothing about old techniques or optimization in any way. They expect the engine to do everything for them.
@bonifasko Oh that's wonderful news! So nice to see you back! Back with a boom it seems too, the site looks great!! You're one of my favorite artists so this definitely cheered me up. Wish I wasn't so broke so I could help celebrate properly! Welcome back!
Hey, I'm back! ❤️
And made a comic Website!✨
I wanted to thank you for your great support, so I made a personal comic website for easy reading of current and future projects.
It's certainly not perfect, but I tried to do it well.
Try it and tell me how you like it? (link in bio)
@remini_team Something small like this can tell me a lot about a designer. If this was not the first exposure to that mechanic, it's completely fine, but if it was, it gives their nature away. It's the difference between someone wanting to build something for you vs. just trying to prank you
