1 million views on my Nano Banana video in 10 hours. Recently, my videos covering important tech launches are generally the most viewed on short form platforms. There’s a few things at play here: 1. Speed. I’m not that great at any one thing, except for this. I think I can go head to head with anybody in the world here. The pace helps me front-run search volume. 2. Narrative. My scripts are always carefully crafted with an underlying through line, a healthy dose of fomo, but most importantly, a reward for a viewers attention. 3. Craft. I spend hours testing, experimenting with, and trying to break releases. The results always beat the generic media assets the brands provide. 4. Sound. The most undervalued thing by other creators. Use music and sound design to your advantage - it tells your audience how to feel about your message. 5. Culture. My videos generally inject a lot of cultural relevance. Being tuned in to the zeitgeist is key. Hope that helps anyone out there interested in short form video content!

I don’t know if this happens to anyone else, but as a founder it’s crazy how fast your brain adapts. When I started, hitting $1K/day felt unbelievable. Even $100/day was one of the best days of my life. Now I’m doing $1.5K–$2K/day and $1K suddenly feels like a “bad” day. It’s wild how your perception changes. If you’re in your first $100/day stage, enjoy it, you might never feel that excitement the same way again.
