@sonicstarrr While I don't necessarily disagree, there was once a vote held by SEGA for the genre a theoretical third story book game could tackle, and one of the options was horror, so clearly Sonic Team had something in mind at one point for how Sonic could work in a horror setting.

@jsketch12 I like the concept, but with how whimsical Pokemon's setting/world usually is, I feel like their version of NASCAR wouldn't have competitors driving standardized race cars, but instead vehicles akin to what you'd see in Wacky Races (albeit a bit cooler).
