Guwahati Police has arrested the president of a so-called organisation over allegations of extortion involving a private school in the city. The accused, identified as Soundarya Yogi alias Mousam Baruah, is said to be associated with the organisation named Human Rights & Anti Corruption Foundation. @pratidintime In #Guwahati Police Patrolling is done only in the Main Roads & Imp. Localities. Inside the bye-lanes, no patrolling is done by the Police & most of such activities happen in such kind of localities only. Also, such areas have no public CCTVs which makes it even more vulnerable.
