@AxosBank From Tallen Bufano at AXOS: "With Axos Elite, you have margin privileges, which allow you to trade using unsettled sale proceeds. This means that when you sell securities, the proceeds are available to trade immediately."
That has not been the case, calls & emails go unanswered.

@AxosBank Also, after a trade has 'settled' the funds should be available to withdrawal to savings. But it seems to take several days after settlement. The funds sit in a 'sweep account', which I declined on my Elite application. It seems AXOS wants to hold funds for as long as possible.

@AxosBank @Beach_Bro_Flow Why are phone calls not returned? Or emails? AXOS's customer service is abysmal. Call customer service, no live person, just a message that you'll receive a call back when your spot in the que is reached....which doesn't happen.

@AxosBank Axos Bank is the actual robber. I signed up for this account and they didn't pay the promised interest. They tried to gaslight me by saying that they paid it and to ignore basic math which showed they were paying half the rate. Then they admit that it's wrong but won't pay.

Our ACH processing times don’t include weekends or federal holidays, which can affect the earliest transfer date. We’re also actively working on integrating Zelle into our services, which will significantly improve transfer speed once available. @AxosBank continues to remind me why I'm leaving.
I set up a transfer, the earliest Axos can do it is April 28th. I guess they're not open on the weekends?
I go on my new bank's app, if I wanted to transfer money to Axos, they could send it tomorrow.
Axos is sooo sluggish.

Update to this Axos bank did contact me to resolve this problem and helped me with all my business needs. I’ve been with this bank for 5 years and become of the excellent customer service I’ve received on this issue I will continue thank you @AxosBank #bankofsmiles #thanks

@AxosBank So…again…why can’t it? You have two parallel processes for the same outcome - joint account ownership of the same account. There is no reason you can’t have one unified process, one in which you move a third account owner through the process online, other than you choosing to.

@AxosBank it is WILD that the only way to add a Joint Account Owner to a pre-existing account is by filling out an unsecured PDF…for a fully online bank. What? Where are your tech people?
