@AxosBank Unbelievably crappy customer service. Open a high-dollar account with the, they'll absolutely let you ACH transfer the money to them. Want to close your account? They force you to pay a ridiculous wire fee.

@AxosBank I was told I could have my funds if I used “Direct Deposit”. How ignorant to assume every company uses Direct Deposit. It’s absurd to not be able to use your paycheck.

@AxosBank is a disaster. I can’t make a mobile deposit into my account. I have bills to pay. I have a checking account and a savings account. I keep getting messages saying that I can only make a deposit “if I open an Axos account”!! What the hell it’s going on?? Will you fix it?
