I’m back! What did I learn from taking 1 week off of twitter? I learned that I’m happier without this app and I’ll be posting on here a lot less from now on. This past week I had less anxiety, was more productive, and generally happier. I definitely won’t be scrolling on here as often and will limit my posts to things that I truly feel have value or I really want to share. Happy Monday!
