@WubKub For most those exercises its 3 sets of 12 reps. Once I can do 3 x 12 I increase the weight. For pullups rn I do 40, so I just however many sets it takes to reach 40. Abs is the least organized I just send it while blasting EDM. For diet it's 2500 cals and 150g protein

@WubKub Rn 100 pushups every morning, then gym 6-7 days/ week. I do push pull push pull legs split. For push: flat bench, incline, flyes, tricep extension. Pull: pullups, deltoid raise, curls. Legs: squat, calves, leg raises (abs). I often do calves btwn sets on push & pull days too
