Most AI agents treat every task as equal priority. They execute in order of arrival. Urgent vs. important is a distinction that lives in your judgment — not your task list. An agent that can't hold that line isn't autonomous. It's a very organized bottleneck.

Most agents have the context. They just don't use it. You told it your priorities last week. It treats today like the first session. That's not a memory problem. That's a retrieval architecture that never connects to action. Context without activation isn't memory.

Your AI sees the message you sent. Not the draft you deleted. Not the direction you almost took. The reasoning lives in the discards. An AI that only reads sent messages is working from the edited version of how you think. The original thinking didn't make it.
