@bazzz66 he still gets the 3rd defender, not the best??? Filth gets the best and Tex gets the 2nd as Fog is the weakest option and doesn’t impact many games. What extra work does he do??? He rocks up in the exact same frumpy shape every year and gets the exact same results. He’s never broken out or done anything of note. His couple of bags of 5 have been against West Coast both times. He got the large contract to be the Tex replacement yet was getting beaten by Jack Henry in 1v1 marking contests this year and Henry has been playing so bad he was dropped last week… Has he ever gone to the states in the break and done an elite level speed and conditioning program like what Trav Boak was even doing in his 30’s????? He’s been another bust for us.

I see people not wanting Fog back in - suggesting we should trade Fog etc I don’t think people realize or see the extra work he does and the fact a top defender has to be on him making it easier for our other forwards He does not have to have the impact of filthy to be valuable

J DAWSON will need to spend time isolated at full forward this week. Problem is they’ll need him combatting ROOS mids. I’d also roll RACHELE or RANKINE behind the ball. Crows cannot kickstart any ball movement from the back. They need a creative kicker

Thank goodness. If we take our rose glasses off, Filthy has been putrid. Pedlar isn’t putrid because he at least only does 3 things a game, Filthy is putrid because his lack of contest in the air is detrimental to mentality of the group. When you don’t have your big guys giving a strong contest, subconsciously you’re already hesitant to kick the ball in because you don’t want your disposal easily intercepted. Although Fog can still get outmarked by the 3rd defender, I feel he will give us a contest now. Someone would have put it on him🙏🏼

It’s not the best take IMO. We have no drive off half back because they have clearly been instructed to not give a running option for the handball. It’s a clear directive when you watch them, because when a mark or free kick is won, they don’t even look back to give it. The game plan must be wait for our players to get up the ground, bomb it long to a contest then work off that with more numbers up the ground, which is ridiculous when you don’t even have a player that can give a contest in the air so we are consistently intercept marked against or rebounded quickly. Last year we were strong down back but now we are vulnerable because Nicks has everyone up the ground so we no longer have extra cover for the defenders and the oppo forwards have so much space. We have no midfielders, so when Rankine finally looks ready to step up, you want him behind the ball?? Rash was looking like a genuine mid but unfortunately he has to play forward because we are impotent up there.

The Qatar deal was extended again only 3 years ago… These virtue signalling causes self implode so easily. Just remember the same people that outraged by a player allegedly saying a single “homophobic” word, are the loudest yelling “Islamophobia” when we question the motives behind the Bondi Massacre…They are the ones who marched across the Harbour Bridge supporting the listed Terrorist organisation, Hamas. They are so hypocritical it actually blinds them.

He’s from the ABC, say no more… It’s funny, that moment society turns, these people will vanish faster than fart in a hurricane… They are brave in peacetime. Another word for it is a bully. They pray on people’s good will, poking and prodding to get decent people to crack so they can look like the good person. They are the primary reason why the free world will fall quicker than many think.

That would be unbelievable!!! @elonmusk yes we have a lot of tall poppy syndrome here, with almost no incentive for innovation and a ridiculous suffocating tax system, but if you were able to have a @SpaceX base here you would inspire change! The other side of the negative coin is the fact that there’s also an army of us that are hungry to have an impact and KNOW who was the major voice that saved free speech and is giving humanity another chance!

The only reason the TV rights are worth billions is because the betting companies spend so much more money to advertise throughout those games… To think it’s “funny” that anyone should stick with a volunteer role rather than a highly paid one for far less work is “funny” in itself.
