On YouTube, there was this video on Visions. For Geo, it was more like the character's resilience to commit to who they are. It could be responsibility, but it could also be their personality. This is why Itto has a geo vision because he is forever true to himself and his whimsy

Geo users have a duty that they want to fulfill, and they will steadfastly stick to that, even if there are obstacles in the way. It could be argued that, like pyro, this has to do with relations to other people, but I think that comes with responsibilities like these in general.
