this was. so damn good. such a beautiful love letter to pokemon, and the internet's as a whole, horror and rumors. i thought the story would get corny and edgy, but i actually really loved it and got super into it. kudos to novameow, this will surely go down in romhack history

@funnyvileplume That’s the other two I know of. Then apparently there’s some sudden stuff if you move save files from Pokémon Pine, with shadow people showing up in the empty rooms in Seafoam. There may be more stuff, people are still looking.

@funnyvileplume Start the weird route but sequence break after beating Koga (it may happen earlier, just saw most people doing it after that point). Play normally, but something should change at the League. Then, don’t beat Koga, go to Cinnabar, open the Gym with the key, and beat Blaine.

Thought I could do this in one shot, but I’m having to break it into two (maybe more later on if I go after the other endings, idk). But I should be able to get the regular ending tonight, I think. 10PM, EST it’s always been there. it’s the same as it ever was.

@KennyLauderdal3 prizes, the 60k floor deep mine filled with monsters, the haunted tedd,y, Thomas possibly being the counterpart to the Harvest Goddess, …. The whole game has unhinged fanfic energy. Never gotten a game like that since, probably never will again and I’m a little sad about that.

If you don't get married in that game they kick you out of town & I think that's the only Harvest Moon where you GAME OVER like that.

@JellyWeasel @KennyLauderdal3 The farmer does just that in the intros of MFoMT and the original HMDS. HMDS was so weird. At the end of that sequence in DS, your dog attacks the mayor from behind and you can choose to save him or not. If you don’t save him, the screen flashes and the credits roll.

@KennyLauderdal3 imagine being depressed because you're lonely and can't find a boo and then you get evicted for that very reason. i would abandon my humanity on the spot and go at that man like a feral chimp.

@corruptharlot @hourly_shitpost It’s a similar idea with purple shampoo to make blond hair look brighter, or a *little* bit of indigo die in a tub of water and a quick swish to make slightly yellowed white clothes look white again. Other complimentary colors work the same, it’s just yellow is most common again

@AzelsAdventures @hourly_shitpost Do any other colours act this way to make specifically white/white adjacent colours in baking? Or is it just purple and yellow bc i’m aware that other colours cancel each other out but I haven’t seen them interact the way purple and yellow do

@corruptharlot @hourly_shitpost They should all work like that, providing the starting color is light enough. You just don’t see it because usually light yellow is the only one that’s going to come up naturally that you’d be trying to cancel (buttercream, etc). Otherwise, you’re usually adding to a white base.
