On Wednesday, a video began circulating on social media showing a newborn baby discovered inside a plastic bag near the Kabul River. The infant, believed to be only a few days old, can be heard crying. The voices of the men who found the child are also audible, stating their intention to hand him over to the Taliban police, or a hospital . Absolutely Devastating.
