آج صبح گھر کا بجلی بل آیا۔۔۔۔۔ میں فری بیٹھا تھا تو امی نے مجھے بل تھماتے ہوئے پوچھا ذرا دیکھ کر بتائو اس دفعہ کتنا بل آیا ہے؟ میں نے انکے ہاتھ سے بل لیا اور دیکھا تو 927 یونٹ پر 57601 روپے کا نسخہ بنا ہوا تھا۔۔۔۔۔۔ کچھ مزید غور کیا تو ایسے انکشافات ہوئے کہ میں سوچ میں پڑگیا۔۔۔۔۔ بل پر ذرا غور سے دیکھیں!!!! Cost of electricity= 39601.44 پھر بل پر 57601 کیوں؟؟؟ کس چیز کے 18000ہراز ایکسٹرا لیے جارہے؟؟؟🤥 اچھا مزید دیکھا تو معلوم ہوا کہ جون کے مہینے کا فیول ایڈجسمنٹ لگا ہوا ہے۔۔۔ مزید غور کیا تو اوپر جون جولائی 2022 (مطلب ایک سال پہلے) کا حوالہ دے کر قیمت لکھی ہوئی تھی ۔۔۔۔ مزید GST , PTV Fee وغیرہ وغیرہ الگ۔۔۔۔۔۔ یہ سب تو ٹھیک ہے لیکن!!! ایک سوال۔۔۔۔ صرف ایک سوال.... میرے دماغ میں کھنک رہا تھا۔۔۔۔۔ جب ایک ایوریج میٹر سے آپ18000 روپے Extra Tex وصول کررہے ہیں۔۔۔۔ تو۔۔۔۔ کروڑوں صارفین ہیں بجلی کے۔۔۔۔۔۔ لازمی بات ہے سب کا یہ نسخہ بنا ہوگا ۔۔۔۔ کسی کا اس سے کم، کسی کا زیادہ۔۔۔۔۔ پاکستان میں سیکنڑوں ڈیپارٹمنٹ ہیں ۔۔۔۔ صرف ایک واپڈا ایسی calculation لگا کر اربوں نہیں بلکہ کھربوں ماہانہ extra Tex وصول کررہا ہے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ یہ سب دیکھنے کے بعد بے اختیار سوالات کا سلسلہ ذہن میں شروع ہوگیا۔۔۔۔ 1۔اسکے باوجود پاکستان ڈیفالٹ کیوں ہے؟؟؟؟ 2۔ پاکستان قرضوں میں کیوں ڈوبتا جارہا؟؟؟ 3۔ مہنگائی کیوں بدترین سطح پر ہے...؟؟؟ جب سوچ سوچ کر جواب نہ ملا۔۔۔ تو دل کی گہرائیوں سے ایک ہی آہ نکلی ۔۔۔۔ یا اللہ!!!! اے میرے اللہ!!!! اس ملک پر بھیڑیے کی طرح ٹوٹ کر اسکو کھانے والے (چاہے جس مرضی پارٹی سے ہیں) انکو دنیا و آخرت میں تباہ و برباد فرما ویسے آمین نہ بولا تو ملک سے منافقت ہوگی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
