False. You can be a faithful Catholic and stand against the Pope - especially when he voices his own personal political opinions, likes, or hatreds instead of the unchanging Word of God. Even St. Paul publicly opposed St. Peter (the very first Pope) to his face when Peter erred on a matter of practice (Galatians 2:11). Loyalty belongs to Christ and the Deposit of Faith, not to every political preference of whoever currently wears the white cassock. Demanding blind obedience to a pope’s partisan views is not Catholicism — it is idolatry of a man.
