@Plutus_Support @plutus I have been a loyal customer and am very disappointed that I have not been deemed eligible for free payouts. I may have made a couple of mistakes through lack of knowledge of the myriad of changing rules but overall I have been, and remain, engaged in the project and loyal.

1. There are no changes to Metal Card benefits.
2. Metal Cards can still be combined with Reward Levels as advertised.
3. Metal Cards and Reward Levels are separate products.
4. Reward Levels are part of tokenomics updates unrelated to Metal.
5. New Reward Levels offer greater value to current stackers.
6. Free Reward Levels or grandfathering are not in the metal sale terms.

Many misconceptions are circulating as people are jumping to conclusions based on social media and discord comments rather than reading the official documents. A detailed whitepaper released last month, followed by an AMA, clearly communicates the recent updates. Additionally, a third-party audit, EY report, and marketing site were advertised for release next week to guide you and help avoid misinformation. Nevertheless, here are some clarifications 👇🏽

@DDhopn People are unhappy with the whitepaper proposed changes and many expect to be grandfathered into the new reward levels because they purchased metal cards. Why can’t you accommodate this request and make everyone happy?

@DDhopn @RossPal70007909 Free Candy? Disrespectful and out of touch. You had the free candy taking money off people for something you’re now not going to provide. Reward levels were part of the marketing for metal cards, and people used that info to make financial decisions.
