I was debugging my connection issue for the pass few days. One tracker paired itself to the HMD and caused the wireless adapter became unstable. Vive wireless adapter isn't meant to be used with eye and face tracking and an additional tracker caused it to disconnect in this case.

I managed to get my BAN to good rating and update my fallback avatar. To be honest, BAN is medium rating out of the box (Default state without gear) which took less work to optimized to good rating in comparision.

We kept the core strength of minimizing accidental touches that interfere with watching, while making the controls much more intuitive. We also made some practical compromises based on real user habits: we’ve added an option to unlock fullscreen mode. In addition, this update includes several other improvements, such as section repeat and Overlay Control that lets you control multiple players at once.
