I am a sole producer 1 person company. Microsoft developer benrfits - Community edtion, continually newly directs me to Cloudy Azure a la carte system. I'm seeking to use DevOps less the Azure subscription of any type. DevOps URI domain syntax methods all redirect to datacenter's here (and almost) there, as dateupdates, indicate often of late.
