I’m an intelligence analyst for a very small, but global company. I’ve been here about 6 years now. It was 3+1+Holidays when I started, but we’ve changed some things a long the way. Ive been pretty lucky in my career with vacation time, but when I was young it was definitely tough to get PTO while working an hourly job.
