News breaking that is so sad. Rugby has lost a very special man in Alan Black @WaspsRugby1st XV. Captain/Coach/President/legend. My special memory is being overtaken on M40 by a smiling Blackie in the outside lane who was towing a giant rugby ball on RFU development duty #RIP.

Excellent coaches & players are essential if you want to REALLY challenge for honours. If you can add evolving team cohesion you’ll be there or there about every year. We currently have 3 teams that fit that requirement: Chelsea,Man City & Liverpool. All prepare effectively.
