yesterday was such a weird day , i was in a constant state of deep dissociation , so much that i barely got any steps and drank any water because i couldn’t get myself to do anything . i felt very empty , i still kind of feel like that but slightly less today .

i thought i could escape both today’s and tomorrow’s family gatherings but my mom told me that i can only skip today , i’ll have to go with them to our relatives’ house tomorrow which means another day of being forced to eat like a “normal person” . i’m so tired .

at least i’m water fasting today and tomorrow i’ll get i think 20K steps , so the damage shouldn’t be horrible . i’ll then water fast again on the 28th and go back to my routine on the 29th , when my family leaves for their vacation .
