As I enter my fourth month unable to leave my home the impact of being stuck at home & the pain is showing. I'm putting on weight, look puffy, bad skin & generally washed out. With no garden or balcony I've had no sunlight at all for 3+ months. Feel for ppl who live like this❤️

@idriveaclassic A good friend of mine said to me, at a time I was struggling- as all good things end - so do all bad things. It’s the thing I always hold onto. If I could tell you what I’ve seen through since Jan 2019 you would believe it does end. Keep your sense of humour - you got this !

Ps. Still being sick, still living with endless nausea. I try never to regret anything I do which can’t be undone but I’m feeling very sorry for myself of late. I hope time is a good healer!

Been feeling like absolute, well, you know what and @MissHubnut (and Ian and the kids) sent me an awesome Christmas care package including baubles and a knitted mug holder. Honestly so lucky to have these humans in my life and thanks Ian for sharing Carly with us ❤️❤️❤️

Here’s a cheesy shot to tell you that today I got on the scales and I’ve now lost THREE STONE since I began my new life journey on 1st November 2021. Weight loss surgery has been one of my hardest experiences and I do have down days, but I’m so excited to be a new me!

It was my last appointment pre surgery today and I’ve now officially lost 23lbs from the weight I was when I booked my procedure. It’s a long road ahead, but at least I’m on the road and not stuck on the hard shoulder anymore 😉 Ps. Thanks for all the ongoing support ❤️
