@BACKLASH6969 I believe there may also be a broken down service on this route that is causing further disruption to journeys. Staff on the train will update passengers regarding the situation once they have more information, and will be able to assist your son, should he need it.

@BACKLASH6969 Hi there. I'm really sorry to hear this. Lines have now reopened following the earlier incident, and teams are working to get trains moving again as quickly as is possible. There may still be delays expected whilst this happens, as a lot of congestion has built up in the area.
