Welcome back to our Year 12 & Year 13 students!

Students from the Sixth Form at Bluecoat Aspley had an eye opening tour of Shrewsbury Prison this term. This prison only closed 13 years ago, and was originally built in the Victorian era. Students got to hear about life in the prison from its opening until its close.

📢SAVE THE DATE! SIXTH FORM TASTER DAY! 📢

We held our Bluecoat’s Got Talent Show on Thursday 2nd May at Sixth Form. 8 amazing Acts performed their hearts out, either singing, dancing or playing an instrument to a crowd of over 130 in our Lecture Theatre. We raised £261 for the charity Muslim Hands. Well done all!

Today our year 12 level 3 students visited Sheffield Hallam University where they had subject taster sessions, degree apprenticeship workshops and campus tours. A fantastic opportunity to gain some insight in to university life!

📢Join us for our upcoming Oxbridge Evening 📢

Our wonderful student council and charity ambassadors raised money this week for Save the Children by selling roses and valentines t-shirts for students to send to one another. It was a lovely way to end the half term! @savechildrenuk
