Make the 3-second rule a habit. Pause for 3 seconds before you like, share, or comment. In that pause, ask yourself 3 quick questions:
● Who made this and why?
● What's being left out?
● How would I feel if this was wrong?
The 3-second rule stops you from becoming a distributor of information you haven't thought about.

Before you trust any influencer and the information they share, ask yourself, "Where did this information come from?"
Schools should also teach students how misinformation is engineered and not just how to spot it.
Knowing the origin of information is key!

Before you share or post anything online, take a moment and ask yourself if what you actually want to share is factual and from a verified source.
The goal is to prioritise evidence over speed! Learn smarter, not faster.
Have a beautiful week!

Before March ends, here’s one viral story we need to learn from. That courtroom story? You probably heard about it… A judge telling a lawyer to kneel in court.
Lots of reactions were generated online. And somehow- Everyone picks a side. But here’s what many people didn’t ask:
What happened before that moment?
Was the lawyer being unruly?
What are the rules of courtroom conduct?
Sadly courtmatters are not broadcast publicly in Nigeris... (with a few exceptions) or is it hightime we changed it? You decide. However remember that when we hear a story we shouldnt assume we’ve seen the full story.
Online mosttimes you often get:
❌ The peak moment
❌ Not the full context
📢 Don’t just react - understand.
