🚨 Food Recall Alert 🚨 Sno Pac Foods is recalling certain frozen spinach products because of possible Listeria contamination. The recall includes Del Mar 35 lb bulk frozen spinach and 10 oz organic frozen cut spinach that were sold nationwide. Do not eat these.

It’s Food Safety Education Month! Anton Sattler, Environmental Health Admin, reminds us: when in doubt, throw it out. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours of when the food was prepared or 1 hour if the food is exposed to temperatures above 90°F. Eat leftovers within 3 to 4 days.
