2-300 game-like 3's can easily be fit into any day. You will be a completely different player by winter.

Athletes: In the summer you can: Have fun, Work AND GET BETTER!! 200 shots a day can completely change your game! That takes barely any time at all! Just consistency!

@BballCoachMac Rarely is it the kid that ruins it... parent so much more likely. 90% of kids get it.
