From the perception that Bitcoin may enter a temporary accumulation phase to the major UK financial company using blockchain for the payment revolution. Here are some outstanding news in the crypto market.
Bitcoin News
Bitcoin's bullish momentum has encountered a significant hurdle as it reached a key resistance zone. Despite the prevailing bullish sentiment in the market, there are still signs pointing to the possibility of a temporary accumulation.
After a period of accumulation near the key $39,000 mark, buyers have gained momentum, pushing the price above the key psychological resistance of $40,000. This caused a strong price increase, fueling optimism in the market. However, Bitcoin's uptrend encountered a temporary setback as it reached a key resistance area, including the $44,000 static resistance level and the upper trendline of the ascending channel. Increased selling pressure ensued, causing prices to drop 10%.
Bitcoin is currently within a key range defined by resistance at $44,000 and strong support around $40,000. Therefore, the market is expected to experience a period of accumulation within this range until a breakout occurs.
A closer examination of the 4-hour timeframe shows that, following the surge past the $40,000 mark, Bitcoin established a yearly peak at $44,700, indicating a bullish market sentiment among participants. However, the failure to establish a higher high led to the formation of a double top pattern.
Then sellers enter the market, causing a rejection and a 10% drop. The correction ended when the price reached a strong support range between the 0.5 and 0.618 Fibonacci retracement levels, in line with the recent ascending trendline.
However, Bitcoin is poised to enter a mid-term accumulation phase within this dynamic range until a breakout occurs. If the price breaks below the trendline, the $40,000 area will serve as the next key support.
Currently, the MVRV metric has increased sharply, in line with Bitcoin's current trend as it reclaims the key $40,000 level. The recent rise in the MVRV ratio may indicate a transition from low valuations to a period characterized by growth. This change hints at the possible start of a bullish cycle in the market.
