@OpenreachHelp We need an update on when the issue will be fully resolved. Talk talk say they done have a specific timescales and to speak with you guys. Please can this be looked into for a timescale or even an update?

@OpenreachHelp hi please can you provide an update regarding the issues on Ochre Dike Lane, Sheffield. We have spoken to our isp who advised to contact openreach for more of a specific timescale. Thanks

@OpenreachHelp We dont need a line test, the whole cabinet has been replaced by openreach due to someone driving in to it. Its affected alot of people not just us. We have been without broadband for 2 weeks and due to me and my husband working from home we have lost 2 weeks wages!
