I was informed by @BCBSKS I was required to increase the #Mounjaro dose on my diabetic patient. She has glycemic control at this dose. The “manufacturer package says” this is a starting not treatment dose 🤦‍♀️

Shame on you @BCBSKS for denying proton CSI for my #breastcancer patient with leptomeningeal metastasis. Phase II randomized trial of 63 patients showed ~2X median OS vs. WBRT. She paid premiums for DECADES and is now being denied life-prolonging therapy for her terminal cancer.
