‘सेवाओं में आरक्षण’ विषय पर दो-दिवसीय सेंसिटाइजेशन प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का सफल समापन 18–19 मार्च 2026 को कल्याण भवन (एचआरडी) में मानव संसाधन अधिकारियों हेतु आयोजित ‘सेवाओं में आरक्षण’ विषय पर दो-दिवसीय सेंसिटाइजेशन प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का सफलतापूर्वक समापन हुआ। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD वर्गों हेतु आरक्षण, पदोन्नति, चयन एवं नियुक्ति से जुड़े प्रावधानों के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाना तथा उनके प्रभावी एवं पारदर्शी कार्यान्वयन को सुनिश्चित करना था। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान विशेष वक्ता एवं प्रशिक्षक के रूप में कार्मिक, लोक शिकायत एवं पेंशन मंत्रालय (DoPT) के पूर्व निदेशक श्री संदीप मुखर्जी द्वारा विषय के विभिन्न आयामों—जैसे रोस्टर प्रणाली, पदोन्नति में आरक्षण, न्यायालयीन निर्णयों के प्रभाव तथा प्रशासनिक प्रक्रियाओं पर विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई। #BCCL #Dhanbad #HRD #TrainingProgram

Robust Response To BCCL's Incentive Scheme In an auction held on 18th March 2026, BCCL recorded a total booking of 2,36,850 Tes, including 45 rakes under Rail Mode contributing 1,80,000 Tes, and 56,850 Tes booked through Road Mode. Earlier, through its incentive schemes, BCCL had offered a discount of ₹100 to 600 per tonne for booking and lifting under different slabs.
