Life is short and I want to be more intentional about my time and offerings. I choose to empower people...with whatever "powers" I may have. Empower them to take creative risks, without fear of failure or banishment. Empower them to "work their quirk." To be their authentic self, using their uniqueness to make new and better solutions. Empower them to continue the cycle of empowerment through collaboration and teaching opportunities.
