On July 30 the Cariboo Fire Centre received 1,245 lightning strikes, resulting in 13 new wildfire starts. #peachland fire. I have to say, the full response to this fire by the wildfire crew was unbelievable. The helicopters were throwing water darts and this thing out in 5 hours. Well done @BCGovFireInfo that was unreal. Not one structure was lost and the fire made it within 100m. 🙌
