Community Connexions team in collaboration with @BchcMsk at @bhamcommunity delivered a physio session in the Senior Punjabi club @Sikhs_of_Sutton Our physiotherapists demonstrated exercises, provided lifestyle guidance, information on pain management and navigating services.
