🏆 We’re thrilled to announce the winner of the 2025 #VPHiBestThesis award: Dr Elena Redaelli from Universidad de Zaragoza 🎉 Her PhD work combines high-fidelity models and #AI techniques to estimate #CornealBiomechanics in real-time — a huge leap toward personalised, non-invasive eye care 👁️ By creating #VirtualTwins of the eye, her research opens the door to faster diagnoses, better surgical planning, and earlier treatments for conditions like glaucoma and keratoconus.
