Last Thursday, our Year 9 Language Ambassadors took part in their annual trip to Burnley Brow Primary, where they delivered meticulously planned French& German lessons, teaching Years 3-6 about colours, numbers, greetings and traditional food! Well done to all, you were amazing!

We are delighted to announce that our pupils have qualified to represent Team England at the Dance World Cup in Dublin, the world's largest international dance competition. This incredible achievement reflects their passion and hard work. We wish them every success!

We're delighted to share that Charlie recently completed his work experience with Oracle Red Bull Racing at Silverstone. Working alongside the team in the garage and supporting a tyre test, Charlie gained a fantastic insight into life at the highest level of motorsport!

As part of the latest GMFRS #WaterSafety Campaign we are reminding people about the dangers of open water, ESPECIALLY following the tragedy this weekend at Dovestones Reservoir. Remember - If you encourage your mates to go in the water it could be the last time you see them.!

31 Year 7/8 girls took part in the Oldham Schools' Rugby Festival last week and our A Team finished runners-up, missing out on 1st place by just one try in the final game. For many, it was their first competitive rugby experience, and they were exceptional. Exciting times ahead!

BRONZE MEDALISTS IN THE NATIONAL FINALS! 🥉 Our U13 girls finished 3rd in the country at the National Handball Finals last week! They battled through the top 16 schools, narrowly missed out in the semi's, but smashed the bronze playoff. After less than a year of playing - WOW!

Congratulations to our Year 8 Girls' Rounders teams on winning Gold at the Oldham School Games Rounders Rally! This is a fantastic achievement and a true reflection of their teamwork, determination, and skill. Well done to all involved. #ProudToBeBlue

Race for Life Update!! Our incredible Year 7 and 8 pupils have done it again. Thanks to their determination, kindness and community spirit, they’ve raised a fantastic £900.51 for @CR_UK. We couldn’t be more proud. 💗 A huge well done to everyone who took part or donated! 👏👏

Our non‑battlefields students have spent this week stepping back in time and diving head‑first into the harsh world of WWI trenches. After sketching and planning their trench systems, yesterday they built! And wow… the models they created were brilliant! So proud of their work!

Today our Battlefielders enjoyed an unforgettable day at Bellewaerde Theme Park, with lots of fun and thrilling moments. As evening approaches, the mood will shift, as pupils travel to the Menin Gate to stand in silence together for the Last Post ceremony.🌺 #ProudToBeBlue

Our Year 8 non‑battlefielders had an unforgettable day at Leeds Royal Armouries yesterday, exploring what life was like for soldiers in wartime. Hands‑on activities and powerful stories helped bring history to life for our students. A meaningful and engaging learning experience.

Earlier today Coaches 1 and 2 visited the breathtakingly peaceful Tyne Cot Cemetery. In that stillness, Jola read Dulce et Decorum Est, and hearing those words in a place like this, where so many young lives ended, brought a powerful stillness over everybody. It was a beautiful!

Some of our Year 8's have spent the morning in Bruges, drifting along the city’s beautiful waterways, and pointing out centuries‑old buildings leaning over the canals, and bridges that looked like they belonged in a storybook. Memories that will stay with them forever!
